RETURNS

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)*

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.*

Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refunds (if applicable)Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.Next contact your bank. Sale items (if applicable)Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a track-able shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

WARRANTY

ON FLEEK FLOORING™️ 3 YEAR MANUFACTURER DEFECT WARRANTY

WARRANTY COVERAGE AND DURATION

There is a three (3) year manufacturer, as outlined below.
Unless otherwise approved by On Fleek Flooring, this warranty will commence on the date of sale as documented by an invoice or bill of lading with the Original Purchaser.

WARRANTY REMEDIES

On Fleek Flooring warrants the product to be free from defects in material or workmanship and agrees to replace those products which disclose such defects when used under normal applications.
On Fleek Flooring will not accept responsibility under the warranty for anything more than replacement of the product, FOB Edmonton, AB.
This remedy is the sole and exclusive remedy available to the Original Purchaser.

WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS

This warranty is in lieu of all other representations, warranties, guarantees, obligations, or liability, expressed or implied, including any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose other than resilient rubber floor and entrance matting.
On Fleek Flooring extends no guarantee for installation or issues caused by excessive moisture under products or water migration through concrete.
On Fleek Flooring strictly monitors color consistency, though exact uniformity of color is not guaranteed between dye lots.

The product will not be covered under warranty if/when/for:

>Improper installation or maintenance of the product, including, but not limited to, the product being found to have been installed with previous damage or irregularities, or installed over uneven/inappropriate sub-surfaces or foreign material such as loose sand, dust, or any debris.
>The material is used in applications/locations other than those for which it was designed for.
>Normal wear over time.
>Damage from picks and heel points on Figure Skates, punctures, gouges, or tears caused by materials dropped on to flooring.
>Heavy use areas (i.e., players’ benches, penalty boxes, main entrances, change rooms, free weight areas) pivot points and other high stress or high traffic areas where excessive wear will occur.
>Gradual changes in color shading due to exposure to sunlight and/or climatic temperature.
>Difference in color/shading/flecking variations with actual samples, printed illustrations and/or previously purchased product.
>The mat releases from the adhesive over time due to heavy vehicle (forklift) traffic.
>Slight variations in surface appearance/texture are a common occurrence in the manufacture of recycled rubber product and entrance matting.
>The product is damaged due to occurrence of a natural disaster including, but not limited to, flooding, earthquakes, tornadoes, hurricanes.
>An act of negligence, abuse, accident, misuse, including but not limited to, vandalism, civil disobedience, act of crime, act of war and the like.
>Acids, caustic materials or petroleum chemicals and the like, direct or airborne, are or have been in contact with the product.
>Repairs, alterations, or modifications are made to the surfaces without prior consultation, consent or authorization from On Fleek Flooring.
>The Original Purchaser fails to comply with all terms and conditions stated.
>The Original Purchaser denies On Fleek Flooring and/or its representative access to the installed product and/or fails to cooperate in providing permission for this.

In no event will On Fleek Flooring be liable to the Original Purchaser or any third party for any damages, including any lost profits, lost savings or other consequential or incidental damages arising out of the use or inability to use the product even if On Fleek Flooring and/or its representatives have been advised of the possibility of these damages. The liability of On Fleek Flooring shall in no event exceed the replacement cost of the product, FOB Edmonton, AB.
If these guidelines are not followed, the purchaser acknowledges that this product warranty is void. In the event of a Warranty Claim, Proof of Purchase from On Fleek Flooring, is necessary for the Warranty to be valid.
